The Awe of Ownership
There are three distinctly different unit types here at the Vista Cay Resort. They range in price from $99,000 to $200,000 depending on the model and location. 
The first model is the 2 or 3 Bedrooms, Standard Suite (Ventura). They range in size from 1,100 to 1,400 depending on the floor plan. The 2 Bed 2 Bath units start at $99,000 and the 3 Bed 2 Baths start at $115,000 up to $130,000 depending on size and location. They have a full kitchen with corian counter tops, living room dining room combination and quaint balcony. They are the least expensive units at Vista Cay and are extremely popular for rental.
Next is the ever popular Executive Town Home (Bayshore). These unique properties boast 3 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths and have their own driveway and garage. They are built on three levels with a King sized Master bed and on-suite bath on the ground floor. The second floor has a full gourmet kitchen with corian counter tops, large dining room / living room combination and a half bath. Finally the third floor has two more bedrooms with another King Size Master bedroom this time with walk-in closet and on-suite bath with dual sinks. The third bedroom is Queen Size and again has on-suite bath. These units sold for $360,000 only 3 short years ago.
