Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando Resort

For an unforgettable night of scares, head to Universal Orlando Resort for Halloween Horror Nights. Taking place at Universal Studios Florida on select nights from August 28 through November 1, the separately ticketed event features haunted houses, frightening environments and themed entertainment. The 2026 event includes haunted houses inspired by popular horror properties, including Sinners.
This event is geared toward older teens and adults, making it a great choice for visitors looking for a more intense Halloween experience.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
August 7 – October 31, 2026 | Select Nights

Families looking for a Halloween celebration without the heavy scares can head to Magic Kingdom for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. The separately ticketed event takes place on select nights from August 7 through October 31. Guests can enjoy Halloween entertainment, seasonal treats, costumes and appearances from favorite Disney characters.
New for 2026, Stitch, Lilo and Angel join an ever-changing masquerade in Tomorrowland. The party runs from 7 p.m. to midnight, with ticket holders able to enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4 p.m.
Howl-O-Scream at SeaWorld Orlando

SeaWorld Orlando gets a frightening makeover during Howl-O-Scream. The separately ticketed nighttime event features haunted houses, scare zones, roaming hordes, live entertainment and nighttime rides. The 2026 event includes five haunted houses, six scare zones and several new experiences.
Howl-O-Scream is designed for mature audiences and includes intense themes, blood, gore and violence, so it is best suited for guests looking for a serious scare.
Haunted Monster Truck Ride
September 17 – October 31, 2026 | Select Nights

For something completely different, venture to the Showcase of Citrus in Clermont for the Haunted Monster Truck Ride. After dark, guests climb aboard a massive monster truck and travel through the citrus groves as the countryside transforms into a haunted adventure filled with creatures, scares and surprises. The 2026 rides run on select nights from September 17 through October 31, with rides scheduled from 7:45 to 10:15 p.m.
Little Shop of Horrors

Get into the Halloween spirit with a trip to the theater. Theatre South Playhouse in Dr. Phillips presents Little Shop of Horrors from September 18 through October 4. The classic musical follows Seymour, Audrey and a very unusual carnivorous plant in a quirky combination of comedy, music and horror.
Brick or Treat at LEGOLAND Florida Resort

Families traveling with younger children can make the trip to LEGOLAND Florida Resort in Winter Haven for Brick or Treat. The family-friendly celebration features trick-or-treating, LEGO Monster characters, seasonal entertainment and interactive Halloween activities. New for 2026 is Brick or Treat Street, an immersive experience filled with themed monster locations and surprises. The event is included with general park admission on participating dates.
